This year my New Year's Resolutions are to try to keep a healthy work life balance as I begin my career in teaching and also to exercise more. after all doesn't the saying go, "healthy heart healthy mind."
On Sunday I went on my second run of the year and used a handy little app called Nike+ to help me record my progress and hopefully inspire me to run more and run better. I managed to run 4.16k which is about the same as my last run. I was hoping to go further but I was getting out of puff! Maybe next time...
